Highly recommended!
Absolute pleasure dealing with a reputable local business, who actually cares for his customers.
We hired 2 ebikes from Port City Cycles to take over to Rottnest Island and the owner was amazing.
We rang last minute the day before, and he organised to come in early so we would not miss our ferry.
Absolute champion.
The bikes were quality and cheaper than others we had called.
After riding around the island for 4 hours both bikes were still on 90% charge.

Best cycle shop I found in Perth. After visiting numerous shops for bicycle repairs or spare parts, I almost lost hope of finding a competent and professional shop… that was until I came here. I was welcomed, all my bike problems were solved and all my questions answered. Unlike the other shops I went to in Perth I felt like I was not taken advantage of and the technical support was brilliant!

I was struggling to sort out my son's e scooter brakes and the guys at Port City Cycles were very helpful. They booked the scooter in for a service, ordered in the correct parts and got the scooter back to brand new condition. They replaced a tube which was a nightmare to do and probably took them a lot longer than they charged me. And they are nice people. Thank you, I'll be back!

We purchased a mobility scooter and collected it today. The service was amazing, the owner came up with ideas for mounting my oxygen bottle and for a cup holder. He was just so helpful, nothing was to much trouble. He spent time with us to make sure we knew how to use it and how to pack it in the car. I highly recommend them.

I went to this store to buy a hand cycle pump. I struggled to pump my front tyre. The shop assistant then showed me how to use the pump and pumped my tyre for me using a stand up pump. Excellent service!
