One week into our 4 week 4wd/swagging tour of Queensland our still under warranty Dometic CFX3 45 fridge decided to throw up a thermistor fault code. The Dometic airconditioner on the roof of my caravan needed a service. It also needed investigation into falling performance. Dometic list Portable Fridge Solutions as their service agent in Cairns. When I phoned to book in, the staff were very helpful advising me the best and safest way to bring in my caravan. Ian and Keith in the workshop were very effective and helpful. Particularly Keith who completed a very effective service for which I happily paid. Keith also identified and replaced a condensor unit under warranty. All completed clean and with a minimum of fuss. It was a relief to have seamless and skilled support from Dometic and Portable Fridge Solutions.
I unreservedly recommend them.
