I've seen some of the reviews in regards to their workshop, and I can't say I know anything about that side of their business, however, I had been working on a project and realised I had lost some pretty important bolts, a mate told me they were a good shout so I made my way over, I walked in, showed the young fella behind the counter the sort of bolt I needed, he came back within about 5 minutes with the exact bolts I had shown him. Quick and stress free, and good banter from the two blokes who were on that day, highly impressed and will be back when I inevitably lose another bolt.

Be really careful getting actual work done here!
I got some exceptionally simple work done by these guys, got quoted about $20-$25 arrived to pick up the job and it was $55.
No communication about the greater expense or opportunity to renege on getting the work done based on the excessive pricing being charged.
Based on this experience I would not recommend getting work done by these guys and seek alternative companies in the area to get work done.
Otherwise, not a bad place to buy bolt and nuts.

These guys charge $110/hour for a workshop that would compare to a 1915 workshop. machinery well outdated yet they still charge these outrageous hourly rates. the boss there adds an hour + to every bill and pays his workers peanuts. 99% of items in the shop are chinese so your best looking elsewhere if your looking for quality gear and workmanship. 0 stars

Parts required to complete my project were not available but Porters were able to supply tooling for me to make the parts - M8x1 tap and die, M10x1 tap and die. I will use them to cut threads on/in steel tubing to extend a pressure guage and drain on my on-board air system to accessible positions.
