I hired two tanks over the weekend and found these guys to be very helpful and friendly. The dude behind the counter was very chilled and accommodating.

The only inconvenience was that the store is not open on Sunday to return your tanks. However, they were happy for me to drop them off a day late on Tuesday. So all good!

Be careful. Unit serviced 1 yr ago without use since. Brought in due to not working properly. Phone call discussing costs but when went to pick up unit cost was 3 times quoted cost. Response was “ we could put unit back in salt water to put corrosion back on it”. Probably better getting a different system if this is the after sales service.

The double deck dive unit recived was faulty they adjusted the pressure. I trialed it again still won't get below 3 m when it's advertised as 6m for 2 divers. I took the unit back was promised a refund and got nothing back and they still have my unit.
Disgraceful business do t know haw they can still trade.

Owner is a rude beligerant excuse of a human being, decided to talk down at me in front of his young female worker trying to prove his manhood or something, After I explained the problem i was having in buying a 3000 dollar product he says " THATS HOW BUSINESS WORKS! " ...WELL ..MY TURN NOW.let me tell you how it works...my 3000 dollars goes towards your rent, your light bills,your staffs salary. The stock sitting on your shelves costs you money , pull your head in and control that mouth of yours , I dont need lessons from you on how to run a business mmmkay!

I have had breakdown after breakdown with the hookah, They have had to replace motor and compressor twice. Last time it was replaced had to deal with a staff member that had been at a 21st the night before and stunk of alcohol. He did not mount my unit back on the frame properly and I now have a cracked tank because he did not put the springs in to reduce the vibration. Powerdive now do not want to cover this problem. I would recommend by a cheaper and more reliable unit from anyone except Powerdive. Unreliable units and poor service.
