Purchased from them a few times: Great range of high quality American and European products and a range of Australian cleaning chemicals. Convenient to be able to purchase off the shelf instead of online with unknown wait times. Opening hours could be better on weekends and after 5 to suit small cleaning businesses and those who live far away. Service can sometimes be hit or miss but is overall good ☺️ Definitely the go to in Perth for carpet cleaning products and equipment!

I recently purchased a vacuum cleaner from PowerVac, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. Megan was absolutely lovely and helpful from start to finish. Despite having emphysema, I managed to vacuum my entire house, and it felt like a good workout thanks to the powerful suction. It will actually help my condition too. I have a pet, and the vacuum did an amazing job of picking up all the pet hair. The performance was fantastic, making cleaning so much easier. No doubt they are the best supplier in WA. However, I had a few bad experiences in the past with their team and its customer service. I have given them another chance. The last 5 times I went to the shop, I was treated with the courtesy that I expected to receive. The “can-do” response was given to me and they found some way to solve my needs straight away and or fit me in within less than 48 hours.

The reception ladies, Dale and Brad were very helpful and friendly as well.

Bought a Steamvac 1600psi bundle from these guys as a backup to my truckmount. The Steamvac has done 7hrs since new in two years and the pumps seams to be cavitating when switched on. Took it in so Powervac can look at it and the two salesmen helping me looked at me as if I was from another planet. I left so disappointed and lost for words

Was refused a $ 30.- refund of an unused product-supposedly bought too long ago
Product still sold
I asked for lenience as I’m flying out in a week
It’s not exactly a huge sum
It was a cash sale
Won’t be surprised if the store credit for a store I don’t need anything from (I did try and find something I could possibly need…) will have expired by the time I get back
Very frustrated and disappointed
