If I could, I’d rate 0 stars. We had rented a property with PRD Panania for around six years. Me my parents and my siblings did our best, working hard to clean up the property for over two weeks to make it look as clean and tidy as we possibly could. This effort was very appreciated by the owner But unfortunately our real estate agent was not happy and she wanted to take not only the bond but also wanted to charge us ridiculous amount of money to fix issues which sometimes we have no guilt for most of them. The owner was happy to refund us half of the bond because she was very considerate and understood that after six years regular wear and tear will be evident in any home. Unfortunately PRD people were too happy to take us to the tribunal. We didn’t want to go. The owner didn’t want to go. It looks like they are the only party who were keen to go? The issue isn’t with the money, but the disrespectful mannerisms we faced after 6 years of being with them and having no conflicts, shows a lack of professionalism. And the fact that every low rated review is always replied to with impudence rather than attempting to solve the issue in a civil manner shows the lack of mannerisms this real estate agency holds.

Have dealt with many Real estate agents. But Jason really stands out. He’s very knowledgeable and accommodating. I appreciated that he opened the property after hours as well for me.

My dealings with Dominic Blachon from PRD Panania were outstanding to say the least. Right from our first meeting Dom was very professional and energised regarding our sale.
Dom’s energy was infectious together with his knowledge of the area and his constant communications had us fully appraised of the sale every step of the way.
The marketing campaign along with our dealings with Matthew Leung were also carried out very professionally.
Dom was instrumental in having the property achieve a buyer and great price on the day of Auction.

I was renting a property for six years with PRD Pnania.During those six years i was always paying rent on time, always being complemented on by PRD staff after every inspection for keeping the house extremely clean and tidy. By the end of those six years, the owner of the house decided to move back to their property. I was informed by my property manager.”Madison Hunter” To vacate The property within 3 Months. I tried my best to do the right thing, found another Place, cleaned their property as much as I can Then I handed the keys back to PRD to conduct the final inspection before Refunding my bond. Shockingly I received an email Which was phrased in an extremely rude manner that does not reflect any professionalism or showing any respect to the client that they’ve been dealing with for all those years . I did give her a call just to enquire about that, she didn’t give me a chance even to talk as she started to talk rudely without giving me a chance to justify or defend myself. She even decided to freeze the overpaid rent where she has no legal right to do so. She even threatened me to charge me For replacing PowerPoint throughout the property just because one of those power points had a tiny bit of paint which can be cleaned easily with a wet rag. Known that The PowerPoints are 26 years old. I decided to talk directly to the owner which was a considerate lady which told me that she had no idea about that withheld overpaid rent.Thank goodness the owner was way more considerate and cooperative and decided to give me back my overpaid rent as well as 50% of the bond.
I’m not sure how they treat buyers and sellers, but I definitely do not recommend renting through those people as you’re gonna be Extremely humiliated, in some cases you might get Ripped off if you were unlucky. Just keep your dignity and your money and find somewhere else to rent from. If anyone wants a proof or a copy of the email she sent me, do not hesitate To contact me.

My family and I were really happy with our recently home purchasing experience. Special thanks to Matthew, super patient, honest, responsive and transparent. Kept us well informed from the beginning. His willingness to listen really made things so simple especially for my parents. We are grateful that we were able to secure a family home under his guidance. Was approved for a rental and received several emails of congratulations and offers of help with moving in, we paid the bond and the two weeks and were ready ti sign the lease when suddenly the agent who sent emails and made phone calls to us has suddenly left the office on a Friday afternoon early and wont be back until Tuesday morning. Come Monday evening we get an email from the agent who disappeared for 4 days saying the owner has changed their mind and want to move into the house we were approved for and supposed to have already had the keys for 4 days ago and that the lease agreement was cancelled.
So now a family of 5 (3 small kids) have to go to a motel or something and no apologies or any explanation how this was allowed to happen. I've made enquiries and by the amount of email we received the lease was already in place by way of verbal agreement back on the 9th may as this date was specified by the agent on the 8th by email.
