I recently replaced my stair balustrade with Premium Glass. I am extremely happy with the final result. Great experience during sales/quote, installation and post sales.
Pre-install, estimator was happy to visit site 3 times to give me advice on fencing foundation/concreting to ensure correct and safe installation. Installation went smooth which was great to see.
There was one issue with the original door latch that came pre installed at almost 30 cm below the top of the gate which is significantly lower than required by the Department of Energy, Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety in the Rules for Pools and Spas document - as per document, the required latch hight is 15cm, having it at 30cm makes poll access very difficult for short people and not just kids. After extensive research done by Premium Glass Pool Fencing, they managed to find a supplier willing to customise the gate latch to my needs and still within safety regulations. I couldn't be happier with the whole process.
