I rang this company looking for a part for my printer, given I had strict deadlines and a failed fuser unit which meant I could not print. Whilst they didn't have the part in stock, Jenny went above and beyond to see if she could track me one down. Her service was excellent and although ultimately the part was unavailable, I couldn't have asked for better service. Thanks Jenny for all your efforts. It was very much appreciated.

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with Kyle and the guys.

I supplied them a Brother MFC-J220 with brand new cartridges that was printing blank pages. They returned the printer to me with with depleted cartridges. When I rang them up to question this they told me that because they needed to perform power purges it consumed all of the ink. I spoke with Brother technical support and they said this could very well be the case, depending on how many purges they performed.

My issue is that this was not explained to me at all and if I knew that I would not only be paying for the cost of repair, but also a brand new set of expensive cartridges, I would have opted to simply buy a new printer.

I was also told that the repair would be completed the next day but it was not completed until the following week. Over promised and under delivered. Also, when I rang the next day to query the status of the printer, they had my printer down as belonging to John (not my name).

I am very upset with the service provided and unfortunately would not recommend them for any printer repairs.

Thoroughly recommend, rang to tell me what was wrong with printer with quote, all fixed with a two day turn around, very happy with result as it was an expensive printer.
