They used to have the best Calabrese Salami ever! Now the new owner has changed the recipe and curing process, ruining this and other products.

We all have to wait until the original owner can recommence manufacturing their small goods again, with the same recipe, processes and high standard we love and expect.

The only mortadella outside of Italy worth eating. Bought some last week and l was in shock as it didn't taste anything like what l'm used to. Tasted like the other inferior brands. I went back to the deli, as l thought they gave me another brand. Not possible, as they only stock Princi. Hope they haven't changed the recipe. 🙁

Found Princi Chilli Salami at local IGA after forgetting to grab some Salami at Woolworths... best mistake ever!!! This stuff is ACTUALLY SPICY. Best Salami I ever had and one of the few "Spicy / Chilli" products out there that actually burns quite nicely!

This is by far the most authentic mortadella outside of Italia.
Also, the free range salami is to die for, BUT, BUT, (and there is
always a but), the free range ham, TOO SALTY, man, it is salty
and too wet and for the price per kilo it was a major disappointment (or what I purchased was). We will always try and purchase free range when
available (hopefully to help the pigs}, but once again, may have to
review the amount of SALT in the free range ham.
