I had a great experience first time around and enjoyed fast postage and quality items. Then I received the wrong items in my order and was fairly upset when my queries went unanswered. Finally the owner got in touch and the problem was fixed (and an extra pack of pods thrown in which was a nice bonus), and even though I sassed him a fair bit with my frustration he was polite and helpful.

I am a happy customer.

Amazing service with very fast shipping and delivery. Customer service was impeccable when I rang about an out of stock product the person who answered the call knew who i was just from stating I was calling from NSW and the product I wanted. He then keep me informed through text messages after hours to let me know when the item was available and also when it was shipped
