We recently experienced 2 deaths in our family within 24 hours of each other. The funeral parlour we used were less than helpful for both of the arrangements. On the day of the 2nd funeral with only 2 hours until guests arrive we were told "we have done all we can do" from the funeral parlour. The gang at Pro AV managed to ease our nerves and got the job done within 30 minutes of calling them direct.
