An amazing and impressive experience with this studio and its talented team. The staff are so nice to deal with and made me feel comfortable every time I was in there. I have nothing but praise for the ProPodcast team. Darcy and Madi took me and my podcast on its first season before it went to air, as I had been let down terribly by a dodgy producer who completely stuffed it all up. I was beside myself but they found the episodes without breaking a sweat, and never sounding stressed or impatient. And on the same day I contacted them with my SOS email. Darcy called me immediately, and assured me he would sort it out. And he did.
They didn’t take advantage of my desperation buy charging me a surcharge for cleaning up someone’s else big mess, and urgently. Many people ask me how to get a podcast up, and I just forward them the Propodcast website. Because that’s all anyone needs in the world of podcasting. Thrilled with my producers here and I’m about to start recording my 2nd series and I know it’ll be in good hands again.
