Edit: I had Sharon actively reach out to me and apologized on behalf of the call I had. She informed me that it had been addressed, and was completely understanding as to why I was upset, she was helpful and offered assistance and solutions to the problem at hand while also being empathetic, I'm quite satisfied with the end call and again she was wonderful.

Called up for assistance in resting my password as I needed an "administrators help" and the person that answered was rude, condescending and clearly didn't listen. This woman is an absolute joke! No wonder people hate agencies! She needs training or to quit because clearly she's not in the right role...

Training: - No qualified trainers, materials full of typos, our trainer used slang (despite telling trainees that slang was not acceptable) and would frequently misread documents.
Access to systems and passwords was slow (or non-existent).
Despite multiple people requesting it, no contract was supplied.

At the end of training, the bullying and intimidation started.
That was it for me.

Not sure about this company. I would take great care in dealing with them, seems to be an organisation, that either can't deal with the lines of communication with people effectively, or have no insight into there own business practices.
