Spoke to Kev around 10am on a Thursday morning and asked if he was able to help me out with some replacement parts for my surge tank.
He had replied to me within the hour telling me he had everything in stock and could be picked up the same day! Lucky for me I am local to them and had all the parts I needed in my hand by 2pm the same day!
These guys have amazing products and stand by them with amazing after sale service I recommend them to anyone and everyone!!!

Hello from Portland, OR. I just wanted to share my appreciation with Process West’s product (Khanacooler) and more importantly their customer support. PW has been great at answering any questions I direct at them.

This review is for the Khanacooler top mount Intercooler for my 2018 Subaru WRX.

Performance: 5 stars. I’m on FBO with a conservative power output of 303 WHP/327 TQ. I ran autocross with my car on a hot day with absolutely no temperature issues. I have full confidence in this TMIC. Ease of install: 5 stars. You literally take out the stock TMIC and throw this one in. No issues. The only small issue I had was with the air duct (yes, it includes an air duct!). It was slightly off center but I made it work. A piece of advice: Ensure that the coupler going to the intake manifold is secure since it is at an awkward angle. Overall, the hardest part of the entire install was removing the stock TMIC. Value: 5 stars. Again, if you don’t want to pay the premium price for other TMICs, the Khanacooler will serve you right. The kit includes an air duct as well as an alternator cover; a nice bonus! Quality: 5 stars. It is a solid piece. I got the Khanacooler in black and it is still running strong with no color fade or anything. Overall Rating: 5 stars. If you’re debating on purchasing this, just do it and you won’t regret it.

What reputable company uses Ring Worm Clamps on High Pressure applications such as an intercooler running 26psi on my Process West FMIC and the Ring Worm Clamps hate it! You can buy an ebay spec universal intercooler kit for $190 with T Clamps join the 21st century use T Clamps! Ring Worm Clamps so cheap and your Parts are so expensive.

Excellent quality catch can, I have an original can and it’s appearance is great. The filter has broken down and after 2 attempts to obtain a new style filter I’ve been ignored so everything th reason for the 3 star review.

Purchased for $45 off eBay instead
