Delivered and left all details and then finally received a text 4 months later to discuss.
Complete and utter waste of time.
When I arrived to pickup another customer was there picking his items up as he hadn't heard anything for two months.
Two businesses run out of the same shop front.
The other business makes an effort to assist but make it clear this isn't there problem.
