To those this may concern and the GREAT TEAM at COLLECTIVE PROFESSIONALS Real Estate.
The great team of Brenden Musca and Dan Kelly I award 5 stars for their excellence in every way in purchasing my Burleigh On The Beach apartment. Brenden and Dan were a great team together of youthful, friendly, knowledgable, straight-up agents who I could feel were working for both parties, the seller and buyer. These agents also added a fun approach in their sales repertoire which made dealings most enjoyable .
Dan I approached saying WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO SECURE THIS APARTMENT, immediately he replied what do you think it’s worth, this gave me an honest answer and an agent working for both parties - well done. That day I indicated I was interested and made an offer to Brenden that night.
Both these agents continued even after the accepted sale diligently in a most friendly manner, which for all they did, I’d recommend Brenden and Dan to any proposed Buyer or Seller for their excellent, professional and friendly manner.
Both agents excelled and also made you feel as a friend.
