I got in touch with the Professionals, Nollamara in early December 2024 to request a free rent appraisal for my property as is offered via their website. Subsequently, Daniella Sparta reached out and assisted by providing me with a copy and pasted bank letter, taking minutes of her time.

The Professionals were not the only real estate I had reached out to as a first timer trying to navigate and organise property management. From here I did not hear again from Daniella and I chose to follow other opportunities (by agents who did follow up with me) and I now have my property successfully leased.

To my surprise, out of the blue Daniella emailed me again 3 months after my initial contact to enquire if I was ready to lease my property. I politely replied that it had already been leased so as such, would unfortunately no longer need her assistance.

Daniella’s reply to this was a very rude and snide email which seems the epitome of unprofessional! See picture attached. Daniella should look to her own time management to follow up promptly with new prospects rather than wasting her time writing rude emails to customers months after initial contact. Based on this response I received from Daniella I am happy to not be in business with the “professionals”.
