What a wonderful experience it was dealing with Dan and Natalie at Prolab! Dan provided expert service and guidance for choosing beautiful frames for each of my nine prints. I had already booked The Art of Hanging and was very grateful to ProLab for ensuring all the prints were ready within 7 days. Natalie was a delight with her "can do" attitude. As an artist who specialises in large scale charcoal portraits, it was incredibly difficult to find somewhere that could scan and create high quality prints of my original pieces without damaging my work. After much trial and error I thankfully came across Prolab!
The team is incredibly friendly and helpful and have guided and educated me through the entire process of fine art printing.
A special mention to Melissa for answering all my initial silly questions with so much kindness, and to Brian for his invaluable knowledge and help, and incredible patience while going above and beyond to ensure my prints are perfect.

I found an A2 Watercolour painting dumped on the footpath against a wheelie bin ready to go to landfill at the end of June in a local Brisbane suburb. Even though it was in bad condition I liked it. Long story short it sold in Auction on 20 November 2024 in Melbourne for $6,700.00. I decided to get a copy of the painting on watercolour paper and was EXTREMELY happy with the result and quality of the copy Pro Lab provided and also the excellent service provided. I've used Prolab several times in the past year and my experience has always been amazing. The customer service is great but the products I receive are even better.

I would like to personally thank Pat (hope I have that correct), the lovely lady at the front desk who has served me the past few times I've been to the shop. I'm one of those clients that always want something done at the last minute, but Prolab always comes through.

I am ecstatic with the quality of the Duratrans print for my 1980's arcade machine. I supplied the file with very specific dimensions (mm) and the print came out perfectly for lightbox backlighting. I will definitely be getting screen bezel and side printed to finish my project in the new year.
