I attended ProMotion several times in my early weeks of breastfeeding for breast care / mastitis appointments with Claire. Upon her recommendation, we did several sessions of both laser and ultrasound. Claire was punctual, knowledgeable and very professional each time and the treatments helped to resolve my issues very quickly. The team were friendly and fit me in at very short notice! Today I had my first ever Physio appointment with Alyce. She was engaging, motivating and professional. She made me feel genuinely listened to and she appeared very caring and friendly through the session. I left with new information and exercises (with instructions for home too). I've been attending Promotion for over a year now and I've never been to such a fantastic clinic. The physios are so attentive and supportive, even calling after tougher treatments to make sure you are okay. The office manager and girls at the front desk know every single client and make sure that you feel at home, even bringing you heat packs after treatment to make sure you leave feeling good! I would highly recommend the clinic for their attentiveness and effective treatment.

I was recommended this Clinic and Physiotherapist Paul Atkinson from a Physician I was seeing. I only required one appointment with Paul to assess my physical ability for a job application requiring a high level of fitness. I am still so amazed at the level of effort and detail Paul put into our session and the accompanying report. I feel very lucky to have crossed paths with Paul as I really couldn't have asked for a better physio to assist with my unique requirements! Paul is extremely knowledgeable, professional and very passionate about fitness, health and injury prevention. I highly recommend Paul as a Physiotherapist and the clinic as a whole! I saw Paul Atkinson for a neck issue. Paul's proficiency and attention are much appreciated. His skills in providing personalised help both physically and mentally were outstanding and helped me a lot in both respects.
His desire to really help people is obvious from the care and thought he gives. He far exceeded any other physio I have seen and gave me a new perception of what a good physio does.

I have been receiving excellent Pilates treatment for many years. It’s improved my posture and I’m definitely more aware of how I position my body when exercising. I also used the exercise physiologist services to improve and vary my gym program before my last ski trip, best I have ever felt on the mountain! Highly recommend a targeted gym program if your going on an activity based trip/holiday. Keep it up Team ProMotion!
