It’s not the products that they delivered on time and in full that’s the impressive part; it’s the level of service and advice you get from them.
Started with a chat with Jared who gave great advice and guidance.
Followed on a couple of days later with Dave who helped me navigate the online ordering via the pop up chat.
Concluded with Shannon calling me at the time of delivery to make sure I understood that the filament tape was super sticky and that if I was using it to fix the corflute to finished floors it could be problematic in getting the adhesive off.
Unexpected amazing customer experience. Memorable and appreciated.

I found them as they have the most competitive prices and was delighted with the product however the best part of the whole experience was the 5 star customer service.
