I am very happy to say moving to Piara Waters Lifestyle Resort was one of the best decisions we made. As the very first homeowners in the resort we have seen the resort grow over the past 18 months and look forward to welcoming many more new homeowners in the future. My husband and I chose one of the larger design homes and we couldn't be happier. The homes are very well built with quality fittings throughout.

We have been in residence at Piara Waters Lifestyle Resort for well over a year now and life just keeps getting better. Every week sees growth of the village taking shape. The homes are excellent in their construction and design which I can attest to by my entire working life in the industry. The biggest plus for us has been an entire new group of friends that display warmth and genuine affection that it would seem we have known each other for ever. Over the next year we will experience the completion of the main clubhouse and all that it will contain. We definitely made the right move coming here.

In 2021, we made the decision to downsize and made the move to Piara Waters Lifestyle Resort. Without doubt the most important and best decision we ever made.
We have watched the resort grow around us and have already made life long friends. Our house is fantastic and to a high finish. We have already established a vibrant social committee and and have lots of functions and excursions, of which you have the choice to join in or not - it is up to you .
The resort managers are very accommodating and always ready to help you in need.
Our social lives currently, revolve around the Lake House and barbeque area where we have lots of laughter and make lots of life long memories.
We are looking forward to the completion of the main club house and amenities in the near future.
We also continue to enjoy welcoming new homeowners to our wonderful community.

Wonderful resort with excellent facilities, you can see how good it's going to be when it's finished. The houses were much better than I thought, love the solar and batteries on every home and the idea of low or no power costs. Very impressive

Providence Lifestyle Resort community living is an entirely new experience for me, but since moving into my own home, I have come to understand that everyone seeks the same kind of lifestyle. Whether it be to downsize, or an opportunity to meet new friends as I have done, you can also be fully engaged, partly engaged, or remain autonomously independent in the community.

This community spirit and lifestyle, has given me a sense of belonging, and the positive socialising has been excellent for my own peace of mind.

From my pre-retirement life, being able to utilise the experiences and knowledge accumulated over decades in employment also ensures that I can continue to make a difference where needed, particularly as a member of the Providence Lifestyle Liaison Committee, who are elected to advocate for, and on behalf of, all of our lovely homeowners.
