I did have to wait a few weeks to get an appointment, which was stressful when you are worried but on the day all the staff I came into contact with were friendly whilst remaining professional. A streamline service, well organized. A special thanks to Sarah and Danielle who were lovely and took good care of me. They introduced themselves and explained everything. It was a help they wore name badges so I could recall their names. Didn't notice name badges on staff on reception. They also need recognition for doing a great job.

I was at PRP imaging Woy Woy today. The staff are lovely. I’ve only had one staff member who wasn’t registered she was training so she didn’t understand what my professor had requested. I suggested she find a senior radiologist to do my tests and she did. She watched on and learned from my history and what different angles etc are important as diagnostic tools to surgeons and doctors The staff at the desk are pleasant I just wish they all understood electronic referrals. I’m a regular at Woy Woy and I appreciate the support and help they’re always willing to give. I have my films ready for my professor tomorrow. Thanks to the staff and their understanding of my health issues. I have never had any serious issues with the practice and I appreciate the staff and their assistance.
