I had someone provide a great service a few weeks ago.
I asked for Spare ribs or asado and the person didn't have any at the front, but got some from the back, and it was fantastic.
I was about to go for a 5 stars on service, quality of meat and overall great experience. I even signed up to their loyalty membership.

I went back today, and it was a totally different experience, the person who served had no idea what I was asking for and the one cutting at the back was totally dismissive, and didn't even look up, just said naaa...

Not even a hint of wanting to help, or give options. I guess it just depends on who serves you? Unfortunately had to end up buying my meat from Coles today.

My mother ordered a pork crackle in person on Monday and today we came to pick it up but to our absolute devastating shock someone cancelled her order. The workers did not even ASK for a name when cancelling the order nor did they own up and apologise for their mistake. In fact they got mad at my mother for complaining and suggesting that they should double check and acknowledge the name of the order.
We have ordered here many times but never have we experienced such a poor, irresponsible customer service.

Great selection of meats and the sausages are awesome. I called up today to ask for some goat meat and the gentleman said he has had it stock but it’s not been but he’d as yet bet he said he will do it for. That is what is real customer service is about. I live in Artarmon and I travel to Pryde meats because of the quality and great customer service.
