Just had my canopy installed not impressed at all with customer service
They tried to go against contract and make me pay extra
Dropped my old tub of a fork lift so i cannot get it sold
Scratched my steering wheel
Car paint work was full of over spray to the extent of needing paint correction done by a detailer
Sensor brackets that are valuable
So here I am sitting with a tub I can't sell, the cost of paint correction on a brand new car, a scratched steering wheel and me having to take the car to a different canopy shop to get my bracketry sorted
My recommendation is spend abit extra and know you will be happy

I had an extremely frustrating experience with PT Canopy Slacks Creek. Despite their promise of a 6-week wait, my tray, canopy, and toolboxes took 3 months to arrive, accompanied by abysmal communication. I ordered a water tank and draws, but the fitting was delayed by an additional 6 weeks. To make matters worse, all the toolboxes leaked in the first rain, highlighting the poor quality. When I returned for the water tank and draws fitting, I was met with uncertainty and unprofessional behavior. After a 2-hour wait, they claimed they couldn't complete the installation due to the possibility of rain, leaving me inconvenienced and frustrated. The fact that they were still working on other vehicles when I returned only added to my disappointment. Considering the distance I had to travel, this experience was utterly unacceptable. I strongly advise against dealing with PT Canopies Slacks Creek; their service and professionalism are severely lacking.

Great looking canopy for the price! Always answered when I called and kept me updated no matter how many times I annoyed them. They told me 4 weeks for the build and it was 4 weeks to the day for install.
Time we'll tell on build quality but for now it's 👌

After reading the reviews I was hesitant but was happy with the price.

My overall opinion Is it was worth it and the canopy seems pretty good.

I was expecting a little bit of stuff around and delay (witch I got) so I ordered in advance.

Definitely room for improvement in communication and scheduling but very happy with the end product.

Recently had a tray and canopy put on by this mob. Couldn’t be happier! came out perfect and looked even better then what i had thought it would look like. Really happy with the end product. My car had problems with the engine while it was getting the tray and canopy put on...They offered to keep my car inside locked up and also tried to help me sort out a guy for it. They called a technician to come out and look at it. These guys know how to look after there customers! Brilliant experience and professional workmanship. Very impressed!

Not a great experience at all. Have paid deposit in Sept 2021, still no canopy. They made roof rack wrong height, then had to adjust the height. Try to hand paint the repair instead of spay painting. I've wasted 3 work days, so far because it was to be fitted, which they booked in after I called to see if it was ready,get to workshop to find out that they still haven't finished repair. Now 6 months later, they book the fitting and haven't even got the canopy from the spray painter. Sitting here waiting to see if it will be done today or not. Not even an apology or a phone call, since placing the order. Do yourself a favour and stay away from them.
