Had an excellent experience replacing my old iPhone 7 the staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable, made upgrading my phone quite easy with their help and advice,
Special mention for Duc,Thomas,and the young lady who works there on Wednesdays.
Will definitely be my first stop for any advice or repairs in the future

Although the gentlemen seem nice....they lack.in communicating to their clients. Ordered a phone screen for my phone to be repaired...was never called when it arrived like I was told it would. It took me calling twice before I was told it had come in. Then I drop my phone off and told it would take 3 hours...come back 3 hours later and told it no longer turns on, something wrong with it, and it has to go away for service...phone was operating fine when I left it. Then offered a loan phone a Samsung galaxy note 10 plus....told I could buy it outright for $400 minus the cost of my phone screen repair I had to pay even though I didn't even have the phone.. so a remaining $250...told the phone was better than my old phone and that it would still recieve updates...took the phone as a loan to think about purchase while my old phone was getting repaired....get home, set up loan phone and find out the phone no longer reveives software updates or security patches this ended back in 2023. 3 weeks later, popped in to store as still haven't heard about my phone repair, only to be told that yes it was repaired and I would be contacted for pick up soon and I could return the loan phone. It's been a week later and I still don't have my old phone back, no phone call. No communication whatsoever....I am disheartened because everyone else seems to have got great service. I feel basic customer service skills are lacking, a courtesy call to notify me of my screens arrival and the repair of the phone would have been enough for me to let everything else go. Starting to wish I never bothered getting the screen repaired as it seems to have caused me more problems than what I started out with.

Wow wow thankyou 💖 so very much ..l have nothing but gratitude and full praise for PTC tech hub repairs .l managed too for the first time ever push the wrong app which caused absolute chaos and all of a sudden my phone went into a spiral of a journey on its own .

So l went down too the shop in Rockingham.
Thomas listened and didn't snigger or make me feel an idiot and very sweetly and professionally took look .Well he didn't hurry even though others were waiting too see him and asked me about which apps l really used etc until he smiled and said , l think l fixed it , but if you are in need again don't hesitate to pop back in .

Just as l was so thankful he then added that this time he had been happy doing it for free ..

IWhich blew me away the most.

As a older person too be treated so well xx and a celebrant for 30years to say l am on cloud nine is an understatement. So please pop in and check out the store as l know l will be definitely going back

Thomas has been amazing and has helped me with every questioned I had. He took the time to help me out and has done alot better than what I have had from anywhere else. I will highly recommend Thomas to everyone I know. Will definitely be back again 🙂

I have an Iphone 8, booked online to get a Front screen replaced. Quoted $99, screen was repaced but then Phone would not charge. Tried to to say it was dropped etc by me. It wasn't. They did not notify me at all about the problem. Paid my $100 as they did not have change. Told me to come back to see if they could fix the problem, they could not. Again no notifcation via email to say sorry your phone is still not charging, or it is ready to collect.
Then said we can not repair your phone. We can give you an upgrade for $269. it would have been better if it was free. Wouldnot recommend at all. Go elsewhere to get your phone repaired.
