My elderly neighbour who is struggling with a lot of health issues knocked on my door today and asked if I could pop over and look at his computer. It was locked and scammers were trying to get access. My tech knowledge is a little limited so to be on the safe side I phoned Seb Gibbs who looks after his computer. We could not resolve the problem over the phone so Seb turned up at the house within 10 minutes. He quickly had everything working again and walked me through the process should it ever happen again. Seb would not take any payment for his call out or time. This was unexpected but very much appreciated. Seb Gibbs will now be looking after my computer and any of my friends I can bring on board. I could not recommend him more highly.
