Excellent spot in Brisbane! Stayed 2 nights for a work trip and loved the location. Very safe at night. Handy having amazing food places close by. The service was great. The apartment was good, but not what I would call clean. Very comfy bed and although I was on level 2, the noise didn't disturb my sleep. Would stay again. Recommended.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room design was modern and stylish. The silence in the hotel made it easy to sleep, and the kitchen was well-equipped, so I could easily cook my own meals. The location was perfect—close to restaurants, shops, and attractions. The studio apartment itself was great—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. However, the customer service was disappointing. The staff were neither welcoming nor accommodating, which really affected the overall experience.

Additionally, the extra charges felt unreasonable. Charging a significant amount for the stay and then adding a fee for parking at check-in made no sense. On top of that, holding $200 as a security deposit felt excessive.

I’ve had a much better experience at Quest Eight Mile Plains and would recommend that location over this one.

First stay in Brisbane Quest Woollongabba,The room was nice n clean had all the basic amenities required. ||Trying to find the entry door to the hotel was a mission as it seems tucked away on the side as you drive in from the street. Maybe need a visible quest reception sign at drivers eye level pointing in direction would help. However had a nice quiet stay. Thank you

Lovely good priced rooms, lovely staff. Great balconies & good location. No bar on site or food anywhere in rooms or reception areas so after hours is tricky. No pool & parking you have to pay daily rate.

Noisy location on busy intersection. Room had dirty pans in both rooms amd they are tiny skillets you can't cook a meal. Be aware no pool at this one. Dishwasher full of dirty crockery. No dishwasher powder in room. Staff at reception are lovely amd shouldn't have to deal with this but at 1100+ for 2 nights I guess I expect too much from motels

The room is very grubby generally. It just has not been properly cleaned. The furnishings are old, damaged & grubby. The stove top is grubby & greasy. The bench top is marked with coffee/tea, and there are crumbs on the bench. The tiled flooring is revoltingly grotty. The shower was vile & really quite filthy (see photo). Strangely, the shower/tap water smells strongly of sulphur. It's nasty! The 'big' bed is just 2 singles pushed together with an inch or two split/dip up the centre. The beds are not quite even heights & sink toward the centre. Very uncomfortable! The room was not serviced by housekeeping at all over the 3 night stay (I did have a 'do not disturb' out one day, to be fair). Noise travels from the floor above and the rooms adjoining, which is disturbing & annoying at times. The air conditioning works well, that's about the best part of this disappointingly grubby & smelly place. For the money, I'd definitely recommend anywhere else.
