We purchased an electric Self Guided hose Reel – Model RFR3 for fire fighting and also watering plants when not fighting fires. Searched everywhere for something that would not let us down in an emergency and settled on this reel. Wonderful product and extremely well built. Backup service is really good - thanks Jeremy. Highly recommend this company and also its products.
Update:
Also purchased a 12 VOLT REEL- 12VS (that is all we could afford at the time) for spraying weeds. Really good unit and fantastic back up service and parts.
Update:
We then purchased a single-reel 9SDE spray unit. Should have bought this years ago. It cut the spraying time down from several weeks to only a few days. Again the back up from Quikcorp was exceptional - from advice to parts supply.
Went back to Quikcorp to purchase a fire hose and again, great service and product. Thanks Ralph.

Ordered and paid in full up front. 11 week delivery time. Item was posted to someone else's address, I had to follow up and track it down then go and pick it up. No documentation provided from quikcorp other then an packing slip. Provided gun is junk, dribbles 4-5 seconds after trigger release, doesn't flow enough volume.
I've built better units using a 30m bunnings 1/2 inch garden hose auto retract reel ($95) and a silvan jetpro ($150)
The only reason why it's not a one star review is the winch works well and the body of the unit is australian made, the rest of it is a disappointment.
