I can not speak highly enough about the Rainchaser sales and service team.
When I was looking for a large water tank, I shopped around, and the Rainchaser product (with thicker steel walls and Australian made liner) was far superior to others I reviewed.

Great friendly and helpful people, though disappointed with a $528 charge for a small service with two other vendors have confirmed they would have completed without cost, due to the time/material investment being so insignificant in comparison to the future business potential. Woke up to a dead tank pump yesterday morning and no water in the house.
