Been waiting for agent to organise fly screens and appropriate window locks since July 23 when we rented a property through them. We have emailed, phoned and personally gone in to see them. Nothing but excuses and still waiting for these issues to be rectified. One gets the impression that the don’t really care. We are going around in circles dealing with Peta. Can’t even leave our rental as it cannot be secured. Very poor communication. It’s a shame as buying property through them worked out great. Just don’t become a tenant of theirs.
