Very helpful. Nothing was a problem. Sorted out a warranty issue for me. Very friendly. Anita (I think) at counter was amazing with communication and so friendly and helpful. Nice young girl who is a TA changed my battery over for me. Friendly & helpful.

I called in and explained that I had a problem with the house batteries in my motorhome. A few quick questions and a picture of the screen, the solution was identified in no time at all.
The solution would be found in the manual, to set the system up correctly to charge the 2 x 105 amp hour AGM batteries.

It is refreshing to deal with people who know auto electrical equipment so well. I said that, gee you are a very knowledgeable person, she said, well I own the business. Thanks so much for your help, it does pay to be reminded to RTFM.

Very very impressed with Red Dirt Auto Electical. We phoned them late last Friday afternoon as we were staying an hour out of Broome & having issues with our Caravan 3Way Fridge not connecting to the car battery. They said bring it around by 8am Saturday & they would check it out for us. We were amazed that these guys were open on Saturday, thought we would be waiting till at least Monday. Arrived there before 8am & was greeted at the front gates. The problem was diagnosed very quickly, they fitted a new car trailer wire harness connection socket & found a loose wire connector at the back of the fridge. Great friendly Staff, and very eager to help. Their expertise was great. The cost was pretty reasonable as well. Thanks Guys so much for getting us back on the road so quickly. Cheers Jim & Deb.

Tough one to keep short. We presented with a 2022 F-250 in limp mode. We're on the road full time and a long way from home. Nobody in Broome would look at us. Managed to stumble upon Luke & Caroline at Red Dirt and they said come on in this afternoon for a scan. Luke diagnosed the fault and proposed a cause. We had to source a new part so ended up in Broome way longer than expected but there are worse places to be stuck. Once the part arrived, Luke & the team fixed the problem and solved the cause. Caroline was there to coordinate and keep me calm! A great family business with an eye on customer service. Well done team Red Dirt.

Big Company & Lots of Knowledgable Staff:
We couldn’t believe it when we rocked up to Red Dirt Auto Electrical with our caravan, first thing in the morning at 7am, first customer at the gate, and already the workshops and mobile centres were full of staff working away. Red Dirt has heaps of space for caravans, under cover, and are really experienced with off grid systems. We had a complex warranty claim for replacement solar panels for a new caravan brand. Caroline, Luke and the team had a lot of back and forth communication with the manufacturer by phone and email to iron out any kinks. Caroline arranged for parts to be sent directly to their shop, got approval from the manufacturer and reported clearly the issues that arose during the process, documenting everything for us, which really helps when you’re travelling. Our system was a little tricky and we’re so grateful for all the hard work they put in to get the job done. Highly recommend!
