Great deals and great quality of the products. Staff were knowledgeable and super friendly! red dot is one of my favourite stores to go to whenever I pass by. For such a small store it has a lot to offer!

I took my 88 year old mum to the rockingham store today to get xmas tree decorations. When paying at the checkout the senior staff member asked if she would like to make a donation to a brain disease charity and how much she would like to donate. Feeling put on the spot in front of other customers ,mum offered $10
This was nearly as much as her purchase.
I find these pressure tactics used by retailers to be disgusting and am shocked that a thrift shop like Red Dot has started doing the same

A lady who was cashier. she was very nice and patient. recently cheap and low volume hand sanitizer run out of big brand supermarket or not easy to get. Lucky there has 100ml /$1. The shop near the Coles.

I just pass by in red dot rockingham, then i saw the mask on sale so i went inside there is $1.50, $5 a pack of 10, and i bought some soap for a $1, sanitizer, really good price very happy to see so cheap.

manager is very rude to the poor workers there, her passive aggression is very obvious even when she’s acting nice in-front of customers, not happy with seeing this behaviour.
