I bought the 'Redback UBOK Non Safety Work Boots. NO Steel Toe. Elastic Sided Bobcat Oiled Kip' on the 28th of August 2020. Its been less then 6 months and the Redback work boots have been damaged as shown in the photos. To add on to this, I never encountered this issue with my previous boots from Redback
and this shoe NO warranty

junk boots. The soles disintegrate very quickly, many similar complaints on FB and Insta. Doubt they are made in Australia as claimed.

Best Casual/Hiking Boots I've Ever Owned. My original pair finally wore out after 10 years of solid wear. Stoked to find out that Redback still made the Everest model - same size, same shape, same look. My new boots arrived today and fit perfectly just like the originals... and unlike an Italian brand which look the same and cost several times more, these ones feel worn in already. Fantastic that they are still Aussie made.

Best work boots I have ever owned. Have had current pair around 15 years and still solid, only elastic sides stretched out now. Not a tradie, but wear these most weekends for yard work, DIY and often camping. Best value for money.

Used to be a good boot now sadly rubbish with no warranty, I looked after them with Dubbin ect then after 6 mts the left one split in 2 places , So I rang RB only to get a very RUDE Asian yes made in Aust but not by Australians , the money properly go's else ware too.
I then spoke to a dealer and was told that they have the same problem . So if you take the chance you are on your own

The best boots I have ever owned, especially for the warehouse the soles are very supportive and comfortable. Australian owned and made is the best part.

I only need to buy a pair of Redback Boots about every 8 years they last that long, and I'm now looking to buy my third pair. They don't get smelly probably due to being made from real leather, not synthetic materials. Before buying Redback I used to go through a pair of cheap boots every year or so, so I figure I'm saving money in the long run.

Getting a hold of these people is like trying to book a private sit down with the pope. It's doable but nearly impossible.
They make great boots and that's the only reason I keep coming back. Their north American branch doesn't carry what I want and basically told me to F*#$ off, they can't get the product I'm looking for and to stop trying.
I'm trying to buy a pair of boots here not import a Ferrari. Buying boots shouldn't be this complicated.
On top of that the Redback au site has zero contact information to reach them...madness
