Great store with very helpful staff.
But don't bother with Reece branded items... their webpage says "We stand behind the quality of our products"... but the parts they provide for these products only have a 1 year warranty...

Absolutely useless. More often than not when an order has been made, either has missing items completely, items on back order due to low stock (every time); or sending out the wrong thing entirely. What a joke of a store.

Either pack it in altogether or train your staff to properly identify fittings and pipe sizes using their plumbing knowledge.
