Placed an order online. I heard nothing for 5 business days so I rang up. Service over the phone was challenging with no real resolution provided over the phone or answers. However a few hours later it was processed then it turned up the next day thankyou for rectifying it but I feel the service in the first place than over the phone needs some work

Worst customer service for a long time.
Normally pretty good but today the young guy had the whatever dont care attitude.
Asked some Advice about pipe fittings and got told yea whatever up to you. Couldn’t get us out the door quick enough. The sort of service I expect at Bunnings not a professional supplier.
