John from customer service has been brilliant. Advice given to me during installation helped my discussion with both the builder and plumber that the pump was not working correctly along with other issues with original installation. Also after install, through his advice fault found the pumps operation to a faulty toilet. The pump itself has operated flawlessly and runs very quietly in the water tank. Highly recommend the product, if only for the expertise of the after market sales support.

Rang about availability of a part, & to my surprise the well mannered receptionist got the service manager (Brad) to call me back after a short conversation about the pump, age, problem etc he said I would be getting a new one under warranty, I have found Reefe Pumps & Ascento a real pleasure to deal with & the pump itself of excellent quality. excellent customer service!
we had a rat chew through the controller cables, whilst our new pump was in storage. we reached out to the team to see if they could point us in the right direction to replace the cables... which they offered to replace the cables for us free of charge!
their service has to be the best I've seen in a very long time.

John from REEFE is my Knight in Shining Armour!!!

He helped me get water back into my house!!!

I was stuck…my pump wasn’t working properly…such low water pressure…I didn’t know what to do…I kept being told to ‘get a plumber’…I was so distressed! I didn’t want to pay for a plumber as my pump was fairly new…

It turned out that there was nothing wrong with my pump at all!!! It was that my filters were blocked and were not letting water into the house! 😵‍💫

I only found this out because I found John…a technician from REEFE…bless him!!! He was so patient with me…he took the time to take me through all of the steps to work out what the problem was.

He was professional, kind, patient and understanding!

We sorted out the whole problem on the phone! Took about 20 mins.

And it wasn’t the pump, it was the blocked filters!

I didn’t need a plumber at all!

I just needed John!

Amazing customer service by Bradley. Had issues with a fairly new Reefe Level Switch Controller and after explaining what was happening Bradley decided it was best to provide a new unit under warranty. New unit was sent out and I installed today. Problem solved without any fuss.
