Had this company install my porch glass framed steel door.
The installers and owner were responsive to my needs. The install was done in a professional manner. The product apart from the handle is stunning. I would have given 5 stars at this point.
However, the door handle got rusty soon after the install. The company was notified in Mar 2023. Since then they have been prompt to respond to my emails and have tried to manage the issue.
However, today I had a poor correspondence with one of their staff regarding this issue who failed to escalate/respond appropriately and instead was unprofessional with me. Hence I initially gave a 1 star review.
The owner of the company got back to me swiftly and explained the situation and promised a resolution as the door handles are available to refit and manufactured by a third party.
Hence, I would rate this company as:
1) Product Glass framed steel door (quality, aesthetics & functionality) - 5 star
2) Accessory product door handle -
- Door handle aesthetics - 5 star
- Door handle functionality - 3 stars (still works but rusty)
- Door handle quality - 2 star (as it got rusty within the first 6 months)
3) Installation - 5 star
4) Time from purchase to install - 5 star
5) Post install clean up - 5 star
6) Owner/Install team & customer service prior to 15/8/23 professionalism - 5 star
7) Todays customer service professionalism with Michelle - 1 star (failed to respond appropriately and deescalate the situation)

We had an internal glass door installed by Reliance in our home. If you are looking for a top quality feature door for your property then i can highly recommend Reliance. Reliance provide a high end, quality hand built product that is beautiful on the eyes.
Luke & his team are not your average careless tradies that I’ve experienced with other renovations. They are a team of professionals who take great pride in their work. The entire process of design to install ran smooth & they installed the door exactly when they said they would. When there was design changes from our end they were accomodating & made it happen with no fuss. I will have no hesitation in contacting them again for any possible future projects. These guys build the Ferrari’s of the door & window world. And our end result was nothing short of outstanding.
