Received the best customer service experience today. Turned up near closing time but Laura was only to happy to help.
It's customer service like this you don't find to often in Karratha.
I hope her manager/head office realises what an asset she is to their brand.

Had the best customer service from Nelly at Repco Karratha today. She helped me with a phone purchase of a Christmas gift for my husband. She was very friendly and knowledgeable! Nothing was too much trouble, she even emailed receipt through to me. Thank you Nelly and the team at Repco Karratha.

Amazing team! I broke down after passing Karratha with 4 young children on board. They stayed open 30mins past closing time just to help me get back on the road again. Also helped with technical advice to fix my Ford Transit van heater hose that had blown. I wish there was a place like this with a knowledgeable team in Sydney, I just never experienced people who actually care about helping you out like these guys did. Thanks again - 6 STAR RATING

The kind of chubby kid brandon i think his name was was very rude and impatient, honestly I was about to leave and never come back. Luckily I was saved by a very calm and knowledgable lincon drew who helped me find what I needed in a proffesional matter and apologised for the way I was treated by the other staff member.

Purchased a petrol mechpro blue pressure washer from Karratha Report on Sunday ,was told it would run 24/7, tried out on Monday and it stopped after 1hr.
. Took it back on Tuesday spoke to Adam ( manager maybe), would not give a refund or exchange , even though he inspected the pressure washer as requested by Mechpro he said he had to forward on images to Mechpro ( even though it was brand new) I again asked for a refund or exchange but Adam said it was Repco policy not to do that , ? It is now Thursday and still no reply very appalling customer service from a big Australian company.
