Great little distillery in Fremantle with really outstanding staff/ service. Big shoutout to lily who took us through the gins and even brought us to the back to explain the distillation process after her shift had ended. Many thanks!

This place was EXCELLENT!! A friend of mine from Perth told me about this place, and I had to go check it out. Did a tasting flight the first day and then signed up for Gin School. Got to hear the story about the distillery and their process.

Made my own gin(I thought I was, except for the fact that in getting all my ingredients together, I missed the key component-JUNIPER BERRIES). By the time I finished my processed I had a very delicious floral vodka(it tasted really good).

Long story short, they offered to remake it for me using all the ingredients I listed when planning my flavor profile.

If you are ever in Perth take a trip to Fremantle and stop by. The staff is friendly and excellent, I GUARANTEE that you WON'T be disappointed.

Absolutely LOVED the Republic of Fremantle. I booked a cocktail making class for my 21st birthday and it was the perfect thing!! Our bartender was incredible but also knowledgeable showing us all the tips and tricks for the best cocktails. The food was an absolute 10/10 and the cocktails were to die for! And the other waitstaff were so nice as well. Even though our booking had finished, they helped us to another table to we could continue our evening. Thank you Republic of Fremantle, I couldn’t recommend you all highly enough 🙂

Great atmosphere, cool warehouse distillery, outstanding staff. We had the feed me for dinner with some cocktails - good servings for the feed me, and we were pleasantly stuffed by dessert. No pics of main course (roasted chicken with spinach & potato mash), sorry - it was delish and photo completely forgotten about 🤣

The tasting was good. Surprised I liked the vodka more than any of the gin. Hope they keep experimenting and getting new stuff out. A whisky would be fun! Knowledgeable staff. Friendly. Looked like a good place to work. A fun selection of whisky from Australia. Didn't know there are so many! Will visit again when in the area.

Our first time here and we definitely wasn’t disappointed! Staff were friendly and welcoming as soon as we walked in.
We sat indoors, but there is outdoor dining if you prefer.
The beverage menu was extensive and included plenty of gin (of course) beer and cocktails (which were made with great theatrics behind the bar).
The food menu is small but there’s plenty to choice from. We chose the cheese platter to have while enjoying our drinks.
Great ambience. Tours are available which is on our list next visit. Highly recommend 😊

A group of us did the Tour and Taste run by Dhiva. It was very interesting and informative and we all had a great time tasting! Dhiva was very knowledgeable and funny. The Distillery itself was impressive!
