My fridge died Thursday night before Australia Day weekend so I needed one quickly.
I went into Retravision Karratha and they were so helpful, even getting the door hinges swapped to the other side, it was delivered the same day. And they have RAC discount. Excellent service.

Very happy with the delivery service of a new fridge from Nigel (I believe) and another young gentleman who's name I didn't catch. The fridge was ordered online and Retravsion Karratha were very accommodating for delivery at no additional cost as it was an afterthought, and the fellas did a terrific job getting into the house for us. Thank you very much!

Nigel down at retravision Karratha was more than accommodating for me and my family. The customer service was amazing, Nigel and the girls went above and beyond to help us purchase an item with short notice right before closing time. My partner and I had great customer service from Emili at Retravision today. We’re looking for a fridge but unfortunately no stock ATM, she just quickly looked up it on the computer and also gave us a quote to keep the discount. Had a warranty claim, and issues with the supplier over east. Spoke with both Jess & Jesse who were fantastic throughout the process. They were only too happy to answer questions regarding specs etc and bent over backwards to assist in anyway they could. Great customer service!
