Absolutely brilliant service. We had quite a few items in different media to convert, all very old & in various states of disrepair. Peter made sure to clarify exactly which one needed what attention & treatment & followed through on commitments, such as providing further information/advice, & costings. Great communications & very reliable & professional in every way. Also very approachable & flexible when we had changes & additions to our order. And bonus, the shop itself has such a lovely, welcoming atmosphere. We are exceptionally happy with the excellent outcome of the conversions, every aspect is five stars (& more!) & very highly recommended.

I needed to have over 20 reels of Super 8 film digitised for my family and Pete was fantastic throughout the whole process. He took the time to explain everything I needed to know, my options, costs, and timelines, and answered all my questions with great care. Pete really went above and beyond and it showed in the quality of the final product. This Christmas 2024 has been even more special. Old family movies & voice cassettes have been expertly copied to a digital format. Peter has done a fantastic job and the original media returned. Great service - efficient, well communicated and respectful of our needs.
Lovely to be able to look at and share old slides of my parents and grandparents with my children and siblings.
It’s not something you can necessarily put a $ value on but once you have a digital version of these old memories you realise just how valuable they are.

I was absolutely delighted with the services provided by RetroMedia. Many old family slides taken in the 60’s & 70’s were digitised saving special memories for future generations.
Several video cassettes were treated for mould & also digitised. It was quite emotional hearing the voices & seeing loved ones that are no longer with us.

So grateful that Retro Media was able to convert some old super 8 movies. We didn’t know what was on them and in turned out to be my parents wedding from 1965 and their time serving in Vietnam. We are so thrilled with the results!! Great to be able to preserve and access these memories.

So happy with my whole experience at RetroMedia. From start to finish, they had great care for my precious memories. Most of all, they were able to give me footage I’d never seen before - dating back to the 60’s. To my surprise, I saw video of my grandfather (for the first time) and my father and aunty as children. My grandfather died before I was born and my dad was 9 when he lost him. I’m very thankful for this precious gift and will be forever thankful to Retro Media.
