Terrible customer service! Staff at the counter were not friendly when we asked few questions and they answered in a annoyed manner. No warmth at all. We ended up going to another branch.

Took 20 minutes to count the money and then had to make an account with them. Travelx all day

I would avoid going here at all costs. I waited in a queue for more than 30minutes and when it was finally my turn they didn’t have the currency I needed. I also tried calling the agency before going there to check if they had the currency but no one picked up the phone. It was such a time waste and could’ve been avoided had they been better managed. Seriously go to Travelex in the Galleria, it was a much better experience and the staff were much nicer.

I use Ria at least twice a week ever since they opened in Coventry village Morley. The service is great and always with a smile. For me it is the best and cheapest way to send money abroad and they are very quick to help you if there is a problem with anything.
