Products are excellent. Customer service is good until it isn't. Then you are subjected to relentless harassment. As a returning customer, I placed my order only to have it delayed by Tomoko because I'd been charged $4.99 less by her website in postage than she wanted. The emails and phone calls chasing the extra amount continued even after delivery, and even after repeated attempts to pay the extra amount using multiple people's credit cards. Even after begging her to leave me alone, she continued. Hours of their wasted time and me being brought to the edge of emotional collapse over $4.99 on a $70 order. I've had to block her phone and email accounts. Absolutely disgusting.
