Andrew B from Richgro, AMAZING , I've just been shopping at Bunnings not knowing how to help my sick plants, met Deb from Richgro by chance and now I've got all the product knowledge I need to fix my plants. Deb called Andrew who solved my incessant gnat problem and i can't be be happier!!! Give them both a raise!!!! Won't be buying anything but Richgro now !!!! In fact coming back on Wednesday to buy out the Blackspot

I can see there are a few bad reviews on Richgrow and also instructions on what we all buy , I recently bought their urea greener lawn , it killed my lawn according to them I over applied following the very limited I instruction on on the bag , no discloser as to what might happen if you over apply , it’s just your fault they have said basically, I would not use their products again , same as the ant killer comments didn’t kill our ants either .

I dislike the fact that instructions for use are not printed on the back of the bottle like most other similar products. I have used Richgro Bug Killa and Tree & Blackberry & Woody Weed Killer. The labels on the back of the bottles eventually came off after many tears and lots of frustration!

Emailed the generic email address asking for garden pest advice. Got a response almost straight away and advice from their Horticulturist shortly after. Amazing response time from their customer service officer and fantastic advice from their Horticulturist. Could not be more impressed!

Absolute rubbish, says it prevents ants upto 9 months, less than 24hrs after spraying I had ants back crossing over and around where had been sprayed, sprayed twice nice and still have ants.......
