The Crew at Ride Whitsundays booked my bike in for a service at a time that suited for some lunch in Airlie (as i had to travel). Service was great and my bike feels and rides like new.

Was driving past and couldn’t resist pulling in to have a look. Started chatting to the boys and you could immediately tell they are all avid Mountain bike riders.
The boys walked us through all the local trails creating for an amazing ride. Majority of Melbourne bike shops can learn a lot from these guys.

After flying up from the GoldCoast to compete in the Whitsunday Triathlon yesterday I was in awe of the personable service offered by Ride Whitsunday. Josh was more than accommodating. He not only reassembled my TT bike he offered to meet me on his day off after the race to have it packed back in my bike bag ready for my flight this morning. He even dropped me back to my accommodation!!!! Bike ran very smoothly on race day too!! I'll definitely be recommending Ride Whitsunday to everyone. Carrie

We hired bikes to ride to Shute Harbour and then by Scamper ferry on to South Mole Island, and it was a great experience. They also were willing to lend at no extra charge stuff you really should have but probably don't have if you're hiring bikes - helmets, spare tube, pump etc. Personal, friendly and knowledgeable service. It was a very good experience, thanks!

One thing I'd add is that it's not so close to Airlie Beach, but they did do transfers of bikes for $25 each way in the area - if you're not super fit then that could be a good idea.
