I can't thank the team enough specifically Momo from Ringers Western. After receiving a product that wasn't at all to my satisfaction, I contacted the team and after a few months I received a new pair of their iconic boots and am so far very happy with the product this time round. The product knowledge from the girls when going in store to get the new pair was outstanding too, so far one very happy customer!!

I came across this company by accident when looking for some new boots. Glad I did.
I ordered a pair of 'Harrison' boots. They arrived within a couple of days of me placing the order and I'm blown away by the quality of them. The packaging also is first rate. The boots are very well made and I highly doubt I'll ever wear them out (ie as in need to replace them). Great product and seems to be a pretty decent company to deal with. No hesitation in recommending them.

Very disappointed with the lack of customer service. Purchased a large order (entitled to free shipping) but needed it asap so paid $15 in express postage. Ordered it on the 6th. On the evening on the 8th it still wasn’t processed or sent and requested to cancel order (I needed it for the 10th and I was cutting it close). They didn’t cancel the order and it was sent out to dispatch on 10th… 2 days after I requested it be canceled. It didn’t arrive until 12th, but I had gone already. When I returned I tried to organize a refund but I have to pay to return it… so I’m going to be out $30 for no product?!?! They refuse to work with me. They didn’t send it as per the express expectations. They didn’t cancel the order before sending it and refund me (I would have been out $15 but that was ok). They refuse to provide a prepaid return label. Unfortunately they had issues with the cyclone and postage at the time however they should have closed the online store during this time or put up a notice that they couldn’t post at the time due to issues. They were money focused and happy to take my money without providing the service I paid for. 6 days isn’t express postage. Unfortunately lost a client for life and I need to go outback again so need a lot more items and I’ll be going elsewhere.

Will never purchase from here again. Bought a pair of boots and yet showed obvious wear and tear inside, previously worn. I returned them, yet had to pay a hefty $25 and was not reimbursed, even though Ringers were at fault. I offered photos and nothing.
They also said I bought the boots on sale before checking their facts, as I didn't and used a promo code.
Buyer beware if you want a pair of boots from them!

Ringers then replied as per below. They said they'd look into it after I forwarded the email and they never responded! Customer service clearly needs replacing.

Extremely Disappointing Customer Service

I’m extremely disappointed with the service at Ringers Western. After sending 4 or 5 emails and leaving a customer care card online, I finally received one email 7 days later. The email suggested upgrading my postage to express shipping to expedite my order. However, this response only highlighted the lack of effort and care in resolving the issue.

My first order, placed over 8 days ago, is still not fulfilled, despite the company’s shipping policy stating orders are dispatched within 1–2 days. To make matters worse, my second order, placed 4 days later and shipped with express postage, was processed and delivered within expectations.

Why couldn’t my first order be included with the second one? both orders had postage paid for and adding 2 more singlets to the 2nd order which was "express post" of 2 singlets should have been a relatively easy process?

The lack of communication and inability to fulfill orders consistently has left a bad taste in my mouth. This experience falls far below what I expected from a reputable company.

Customer service from Kayla at RW Helensvale was immaculate, cannot fault! She went above & beyond in helping us find the perfect size for our Longreach boots & matching belt with buckle. Bought some stocking fillers too! Love our purchase, loved our experience there. Thank you RW Helensvale ☺️

Loved the product but it’s a shame that recent production sizing is SO small compared to older stock. I brought new tee’s and a work shirt recently which my size is usually a 16. I brought a 16 and it was miles too small! It wasn’t until the RW truck came to my town and was able to try on outfits. I had to go up to size 22 women’s just to fit my girls in comfortably. Excuse me what 🫣

So now wearing a 22 in ringers western shirts and feeling not so good about it. What sizing standards are RW manufacturers using? Not AUS standard that’s for sure.

Good range and support helpful staff. If it's not in store they can check the factory behind it and most cases have items in stock.

I spend way too much money there haha but the quality is very good too.
