I came here on a Saturday afternoon. There were two lovely ladies that assisted me. I dressed like a logonite. They did not judge or hold back from the best customer service. Sized my feet for the best fit and for a orthopaedic designed boot (dynamic flex) which I had no idea they do. Outstanding service. Thank you.

Disappointed that they didn’t have anything larger than a men’s 11 in shoes to try on. was told we need to do a “special order” for anything larger. Asian woman who was working was not helpful and had no idea.

Really bad service. I have 3 pairs of RMs, belts, clothes etc. My last pair of comfort craftsman’s was sized incorrectly, too narrow, after months of trying to get used to this pair I couldn’t. A nice man at this store recommended they would resize to a wide, in warranty, it could be stretched up one width. When I went to pick them up an older lady was very cold, didn’t communicate much, treated me like a convict (made me feel as though I did something wrong) and said I’d have to pay, even though had paper work saying total =$0, and it was the man’s recommendation! Recently I noticed when comparing to my standard width RMs that they didn’t even change the width of this shoe, the sole is still a narrow, and they had cut up the leather during what ever repair they did. Be careful getting your old treasured RMs repaired or fixed up, the repair quality isn’t what it used to be. And the service from the senior store members was horrible, I want to buy more shoes as I love them but going in to these stores is a painful experience.

The staff altitude is rude and terrible. I was browsing and want to choose the boost. My friend is pregnant and sit to wait for me for a while. The staff come and ask her stand up to let her other customer to try the shoes. The thing is there is still a plenty of room for the seat……..Never want to visit here anymore
