The range hood works well and is definitely quieter than most other brands. The lights are not very bright. The installation was excellent.

We got two sets of Robem rangehood and cooktop installed by their Brisbane store. The quality is top-notch, and the service was even better. Mum especially loves the synchronising function – with one twist of the cooktop, both the rangehood and cooktop take care of themselves. It's hassle-free, and the added bonus is that she no longer has to worry about forgetting to turn off the gas after cooking! We bought rangehood and steam oven on saturday Chinese Moon festival, sunday our range hood works, Monday made food by my Robam steam oven . three days I have my Robam in my kitchen

Have been the Robam customer for multiple years. Moved house early this year and replaced the existing Smeg rangehood and cooktop with Robam ones. The new place doesn't have enough room above the rangehood so the installer tried various of ways to arrange the ventilation. It has a happy ending and the products cannot be better! Their products are amazing. We brought everything from them for our renovated Kitchen. The extractor hood is 10 times power than our previous one which definitely save our time for cleaning. Especially for the steam oven, it can steam almost everything. Easy to use and easy to clean. Many thanks to their customer manager Ethan, very kind and helpful.
