I have been using this Roband service for many years. We have many Roband commercial appliances in the school, and they have always done a perfect job. Additionally, it’s a small thing, but they return the appliances clean and tagged & tested.

Ridiculous customer service and product quality. Nothing equipment is under there warranty even if they are broken down within warranty period. They can always make up excuses that it isn’t they problem. Then ask customers to pay more or buy a brand new one.

Customer service is extremely horrible, completely lied and story maker.

Quality of product is very poor, oftenly broken down less than 1 year, and can’t cover by warranty.

Overall, rubbish company to choose from.

I recently had a highly disappointing experience with the Roband. I ordered some parts from them on June 7th, with the expectation that they would be delivered within 5 business days. However, the entire process turned out to be a complete nightmare, as it took a staggering 15 days for the parts to finally arrive. This delay caused me not only financial loss but also significant inconvenience and damage to my customer relationships.

One of the most frustrating aspects of dealing with Roband was their consistent lack of communication and false promises. Every time I called their customer service department to inquire about the status of my order, they would provide me with nothing but excuses and blatantly lie to my face. On one occasion, they even assured me that they would call me back within an hour to provide information from the courier, but that call never materialized. Such unprofessional behavior is simply unacceptable.

Adding to the debacle, Roband's choice of courier company was equally abysmal. It took a shocking 10 days for the courier company they selected to finally admit that they were unable to deliver the parts to my business address in Queensland, Australia. This revelation came far too late, and as a result, I lost not only money but also valuable time that could have been better spent serving my customers.

The repercussions of this ordeal were dire for my business. Not only did I have to explain the situation to my frustrated customers, but I also had to bear the brunt of their dissatisfaction. This incident tarnished my reputation and undermined the trust my customers had placed in me. I hold Roband fully responsible for this loss of trust and the negative impact on my business.

If you have other choice please go with that not with Roband, In future If anything happen wrong with my machine I'll choose to buy new one but not choose roband part. 110% not Roband.
I can't give any negative rating otherwise I'll go with that.

In conclusion, I would strongly advise against doing business with Roband. Their lack of communication, dishonesty, and poor choice of courier company have cost me dearly. As a customer, I deserved better treatment and a much smoother experience. It is deeply disappointing to witness a company that values its customers so little. Save yourself the trouble, time, and money by seeking alternative options for your needs. Roband has proven to be nothing but an unreliable and untrustworthy company.

Cafe owner purchased a commercial grade conveyor toaster. It’s been used for less than 12 months because of Covid shutdowns. Conveyor stopped working so the unit is useless. We now have to pay for a new motor/gearbox. Definitely seems to be quality issues with these units.

Unreliable unit brought five units of sandwiches presses all broken in less than 2 years. Their warranty are just 12months and return to bases. Not a really acceptable for a quality and service based company. They don't make presses like they use to. As we have a old one that worked for 10years.. I would really reconsider again...

Just purchased another one of their pie warmers for the Office. Outstanding quality, and so proud to see that they are still manufactured in Australia! One of the last remaining manufacturers in the country!
