Enquired in store if they sold mattresses (as they do on their website - which was also disappointing because the price for the mattresses were not displayed unless you put in your suburb which then says there's no store located within 200km - hence our in store visit) we were simply told no they don't and the lady walked away. So unhelpful and rude.
Quickly popped down to Fantastic Furniture and bought a mattress which they are delivering and the staff were more than helpful and polite.

I cannot recommend Beta Electrical Rockingham enough. From the Young Lady that served us when we walked into the store to Paul who is a absolute wealth of knowledge on all White Goods to Lachlan the chap that delivered our Washing Machine. They are all very Professional, Friendly and so Helpful. So, for all your White Goods needs I highly recommend you pay Paul and his Team a visit.

I ordered all our new appliances for my renovation from Rockingham Betta Electrical and couldn’t speak more highly of this business. Paul and his team did an awesome job helping me choose our appliances, delivered some of the appliances to our cabinet maker and the remainder to our finished home . The prices were really competitive, the appliances look amazing and the service was something you won’t get at the big stores. A very positive experience . I found the perfect appliance on the Betta website online, only to find out it was out of stock. The brand I wanted had other options but a little more expensive. Paul was fantastic and helped me out with the brand I wanted and at an affordable price. Excellent customer service by Paul, cant thank him enough. I will most definitely call in to the Rockingham store for any electrical goods I require in the future.

$250 for it to leak all over my carpet to the point it’s slugging on my feet
Such large amounts of water my carpets going to start to mold
No to mention when buying this my experience was awful now it’s damaging my home which I now have to rent a carpet cleaner and I’ve used multiple expensive towels to try soak it up which just isn’t working there so much water I will be calling first thing and requesting a refund as this was bought only a month ago 6weeks at most

Bought a portable air on that advertised WiFi... Didn't have WiFi... Bought a fan, opened to find it was just a motor on a stand (that is broken I might add). The fan didn't have any blades 5o make it a fan.
